What is TGMpay?

TGMpay connects your Telegram business to a branded payment experience. We bring payment links, wallet and card options, and clear confirmations into one checkout for your customers.

Why am I seeing tgmpay.io?

A business you’re buying from uses TGMpay for its checkout. Check the seller’s name, what you’re purchasing and the total before confirming. Only pay for a purchase you recognise.

Can I get help with a payment?

Contact the business in your Telegram conversation and quote your transaction reference. They can help with your order, delivery or a payment query. Never send your full card number, password or security code in a chat.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are part of the payment setup. Available methods depend on merchant approval, customer device and region. Wallets are activated after integration testing.

What can my business sell?

Tell us about your goods, services, shop or booking business in the application. Every merchant is reviewed. Availability depends on your business, country, payment method and the applicable payment-provider and Telegram rules.

How much does it cost?

Pricing and available payment methods are confirmed during merchant review, before you start accepting payments. Sending this application does not activate a merchant account or commit you to a paid plan.

Your application details

We collect your contact name, business name, email, website or Telegram link, business country, business type and optional payment-volume range to review your merchant enquiry and contact you about it.

Applications are stored in TGMpay’s private merchant review queue. Access is restricted to authorised platform operations staff. Your details are not shown to other merchants, creators or customers, and submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Do not include card details, passwords or identity documents. This notice covers your merchant enquiry. Separate terms and privacy information apply when your payment service is set up.
